Finely chopped green chilies - 2
Mustard â ½ tsp.
Urad daal â ½ tsp.
Sea salt â 1 tsp.
Chickpea daal â ½ tsp.
Asafetida â ½ tsp.
Groundnut â 1 tsp.
Broken curry leaves â 1
Precooked rice â 1 cup
Turmeric powder â 1/4 tsp.
Vegetable oil â 3 tsp.
Instructions:
Take a skillet, heat vegetable oil on medium flame and add mustard in it.
Now, add urad daal, green chili, and chickpea in it and cook on medium flame for around two minutes.
Then, add turmeric powder, curry leaves, and asafetida in it and mix well.
Now, add grated mango and rice and stir well.
Add some salt, groundnut, and mix everything well. Simmer for a few minutes. Enjoy hot!
